Terms & Conditions for StarCard Sports Games’ Palla NFT Series

Palla NFT Series (the “Collection”) is a limited edition release of NFT collectibles (“Collectibles”) brought to you by StarCard Sports Games. By purchasing a Collectible, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase a Collectible. Any capitalized terms not defined hereunder have the meaning defined in the Terms of Service.

Purchase Dates and Collectibles:

StarCard Sports Gameswill be releasing six (6) types of Collectibles, with three (3) rarities, as part of this Collection.

The specific times and prices for events in this Collection are set forth below (which may be subject to change from time to time in StarCard Sports Games’ (“the Company’s”) sole discretion):

Utility for #1 – Palla Radar Ball – Emerald

The owner of the Palla Radar Ball – Emerald Collectible shall be eligible to receive: (i) 2.5% boosted APY for staked SCSG*, (ii) 5% discount on all Palla products, (iii) 5 point increase of shooting accuracy in New World Football Alliance game**, (iiii) Access to a private community channel within the SCSG Discord***, (iiiii) The original NFT owner will receive a free matching ball at pallasport.com (retail value $49.99)****.
